We use retail parts, which carry longer warranties and usually last longer in normal usage patterns
Before we send out our systems to you, we put them through extensive "burn-in", to test all the components, and replace them if found defective
Each system gets hand-built, gets software installed, and quality tested. No assembly line production means less systems go out with errors.

Custom Configurations
Can't find that system out there that has everything you need in it? Need dual video cards, five hard drives and a CD-Writer? Want a bare-bones system and have us install your extra parts in it? We can do it for you!

A Great Warranty Plan
All systems ship with a three (3) year warranty on parts, and a one (1) warranty on labor costs. Please read our warranty statement.
